Position: Tamheer Opportunity – Customer Experience Officer

Manage the Telephone and Fax Operators staff to ensure they are motivated, well-trained, and perform their responsibilities to the required standards.

Ensure total customer satisfaction to promote a positive image of the company and achieve its objectives.

Maintain and implement policies and procedures to ensure continuous service improvement.

Participate in customer care programs to retain current, past, and potential customers.

Engage in customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify common complaints and develop effective solutions.

Maintain an accurate, up-to-date customer information database.

Investigate and resolve problems raised from the call center in cooperation with relevant departments.

Prepare reports, studies, and presentations to brief top management on customer satisfaction levels, common complaints, and recommended solutions.

Stay updated on new developments in the customer service field and ensure the company adopts beneficial innovations.

Skills:

Effective communication

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or English Language
