candidate will have operational role helping in managing physician schedule, system configurations, data accuracy and cross departmental coordination.
Clinic master scheduling entry
- Entry of clinics schedule in scheduling system module after approvals
- Implement blockages and schedule modifications requests
Physicians privileging
- Maintain physicians’ privileges tracker updated
- Initiate physicians’ privileges for newly hired doctors and update clinical privileges forms for all doctors
Medical Team Communication channel
- Gather feedback from doctors, to provide that feedback to management
Doctors support & orientations
- coordinate and facilitate Doctors onboarding and ensure alignment between departments while following the policies & procedures.
Post digital consultation services coordination
- coordinate with operations team to facilitate execution of post consultation services requests from digital clinic
