What You Will Actually Do
- Build high-signal candidate pipelines (not just volume)
- Identify real performers — not polished profiles
- Screen for evidence of output, ownership, and impact
- Present candidates through clear, decision-ready briefs
- Drive hiring processes forward with speed and precision Remove friction and improve the recruitment funnel
