What You’ll Do:
Identify and engage with decision-makers to offer executive search and recruitment solutions
Build and nurture relationships with clients in tech, startups, and high-growth industries
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure successful talent placements
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or HR consulting
Strong network in Saudi Arabia’s business and HR community
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working on a success-fee basis
