We are searching on behalf of one of our esteemed clients in Qatar for an experienced Technical Project Manager with expertise in well intervention operations, including fishing, remedial, and thru-tubing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical assistance for both planned and unplanned fishing & remedial and thru-tubing operations.
Deliver detailed technical feedback during online and face-to-face customer meetings.
Prepare comprehensive documentation including fishing diagrams, BHA details, fishing procedures, and thru-tubing motor and fishing BHA specifics.
Manage project activities to ensure optimal operational performance and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and continuously improve processes.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in oil and gas well intervention operations, with a focus on fishing and thru-tubing procedures.
Strong project management skills with a track record of overseeing technical projects on-site.
Excellent communicator, adept at presenting technical feedback clearly in both virtual and in-person settings.
Detail-oriented with robust experience in preparing technical documentation.
Familiarity with Gulf region operations is highly desirable.
