We’re Hiring! Middleware Technical Manager – Ajman, UAE
Are you an experienced Middleware Technical Manager looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team in Ajman and lead the design, development, and optimization of middleware systems that drive business success!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead middleware project planning & strategy aligned with IT goals.
Oversee the implementation, integration, and performance optimization of middleware platforms (IBM Web Sphere, Oracle Fusion, Kafka, Mule Soft, etc.).
Ensure seamless enterprise application integration and high system availability.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners for successful project execution.
Drive governance, compliance, and risk management for middleware solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
5 years of experience in middleware systems or technical project management.
Expertise in middleware platforms, SOA, API management, and microservices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & Dev Ops CI/CD.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Middleware certifications (PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) are a plus!
