join our team
– someone who knows recruitment inside out, understands enterprise hiring culture in the UAE, and loves building strong, long-term relationships with hiring teams.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the relationship with our enterprise clients, meeting bi-weekly to ensure they’re getting the most value from Scoutr.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager  the voice of the customer internally – partnering the co-founder to solve challenges and drive results.
Take responsibility for retention and growth of your accounts – your success will be measured by
client satisfaction
and expansion.
Use your recruiting expertise to guide clients and add strategic value to their hiring efforts.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years experience as a Talent Partner, TA Business Partner, or in a similar in-house or RPO role.
Strong background in enterprise hiring – you know how to manage stakeholders, align on requirements, and deliver outcomes.
Based in the UAE with 5+ years in the region – you understand the local hiring culture and how to navigate it.
A relationship builder who’s proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
