Job Summary

The Talent Management Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Mowasalat’s vision of building community through agile, safe, and sustainable transport solutions by strengthening the organization’s talent capability. The role supports the Talent Management Manager by analyzing HR data, identifying workforce trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention. The position contributes to strategic workforce planning by supporting talent management initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement, while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze HR and talent data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to employee engagement, retention, performance, and diversity.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and presentations to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to improve HR data quality, integrity, and availability.

Talent Management Initiatives

  • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management programs including succession planning, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist in developing training and development programs that enhance organizational capability, leadership skills, and employee competencies.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent gaps and recommend development strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR teams, hiring managers, and employees, to ensure alignment of talent initiatives with business needs.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as training providers, consultants, recruitment agencies, and diversity organizations as required.
  • Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Evaluation, Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Assess the effectiveness of talent management programs through surveys, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation of approved changes.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements, HR standards, and internal talent management policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, HR analytics, or a related HR function.

Certifications & Training (Preferred)

  • SHRM or equivalent HR certification
  • HR Business Partner (HRBP) certification
  • Data Analysis for HR Professionals or similar analytics training
