We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Associate to support the administration of our Learning Management System, assist in reporting and data analysis, and contribute to the success of recruitment and talent development initiatives. This role is vital to driving employee engagement, learning effectiveness, and supporting the continued growth of our talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support the functionality of the company’s LMS.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate engaging training content.

Promote LMS usage to ensure high employee engagement in learning initiatives.

Analyze LMS data and user engagement to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Compile and analyze data related to talent and learning.

Develop and present reports on employee demographics, development trends, and training effectiveness.

Support data-driven decision-making in talent strategy.

Develop and manage assessments to evaluate candidate skills.

Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to facilitate timely hiring processes.

Provide feedback and insights based on assessment outcomes.

Contribute to broader HR projects and talent initiatives.

Assist in the development and execution of employee programs aligned with organizational goals.

Adhere to and promote company Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies.

Support initiatives to enhance the company’s safety culture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

2–4 years in a similar HR or talent-related role.

Skills & Competencies

Strong time management and task prioritization skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR Information Systems.

Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
