Talent Acquisition Assistant

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient onboarding process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the UAE.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
