This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded Talent professional who enjoys operating in a strategic environment where they can influence business decisions, shape organisational capability and build talent solutions beyond recruitment.
The Role
Reporting to senior regional leadership, you will develop and deliver talent strategies that support the company's continued expansion across Saudi Arabia.
Working closely with business leaders, HR colleagues and global stakeholders, you will identify current and future workforce requirements, strengthen recruitment capability, improve talent processes and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading executive recruitment, advising senior stakeholders on organisational capability, analysing workforce trends and supporting broader Talent Management initiatives.
