Job Description
At OBT Group, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting the efficient recruitment and continued growth of the group. This role is responsible for proactively sourcing, attracting, and recruiting high-quality candidates to fill current and future organizational needs while ensuring alignment with company procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate our end-to-end talent search across diverse markets, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-performing professionals who can drive our business-critical operations forward.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment or an agency setting.
• Proven track record of recruiting across multiple international regions, with specific experience in the UAE and African markets highly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; professional working proficiency in French or Portuguese is a strong advantage to support cross-border office expansion.
• Advanced skills in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and local regional job boards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to manage relations with senior directors, negotiate executive contract terms, and close profiles smoothly.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle from A to Z, including job posting, strategic sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Partner closely with regional HR representatives and teams across our Dubai and Africa offices to align global hiring efforts.
- Coordinate directly with line managers, senior management, and directors to clarify headcount requirements and guide the candidate selection process.
- Drive the final stages of the hiring process, including closing top profiles and negotiating contract details and compensation packages.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong database of high-calibre talent to support the group's ongoing expansion and future hiring needs.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to optimize sourcing channels and recruitment spend
