Talent Acquisition Specialist – Arabic Female Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Uniquie Homes Worldwide Properties LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various real estate positions (sales agents, team leaders, admin, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the real estate industry within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media sourcing.
- Fluency in Arabic is required, English is plus
