About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition & Case Management Specialist to manage candidate talent pools, drive matching operations, and support specialized candidate cohorts. You will play a key role in aligning job seekers’ profiles with suitable career opportunities and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and manage candidate talent pools to facilitate efficient job matching operations.
- Manage candidate cases—including priority candidate groups—matching their skill sets with available vacancies.
- Provide continuous updates, operational reports, and status tracking for overall recruitment and placement workflows.
- Address candidate placement challenges and ensure a seamless matching process.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Case Management.
- Strong screening, matching, and candidate communication skills.
- Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or workforce data management.
