Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee to join our Human Resources team through the Tamheer Program. The trainee will gain practical experience in HR operations, employee records management, HR systems, on-boarding processes, and general HR administration while supporting daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and employee documents.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management activities.
- Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requests and inquiries.
- Support HR compliance and administrative activities.
- Assist with other HR operations tasks as assigned.
Who Can Apply:
- Saudi Nationals with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Resident of Jeddah.
