About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple business functions while supporting workforce growth through strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, and data-driven recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent requirements.
- Proactively source qualified candidates through Linked In Recruiter, professional networks, talent communities, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Manage offer negotiations and pre-employment processes.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to monitor hiring performance and recruitment KPIs.
- Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and talent acquisition best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR are considered an advantage.
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
- Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter and other modern sourcing platforms.
- Experience recruiting across diverse functions and levels.
- Experience FMGC,Realstate.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- SHRM,CIPD is plus
