Industry experience is a plus, but we value mindset, execution, adaptability, and learning ability above all else.
Key Responsibilities
• Own multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through innovative outreach strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality talent quickly.
• Conduct professional interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, culture, and long-term potential.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce new sourcing ideas.
• Monitor hiring market trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Take ownership of recruitment KPIs while maintaining quality over quantity.
