Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber talent in alignment with ASMO's business objectives. The role holder partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining compliance with company policies and Saudization requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions from requisition approval through onboarding, ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define candidate profiles, and establish recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and employee referrals.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and shortlisting activities to identify qualified candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and participate in panel interviews where required.
- Prepare and negotiate employment offers in line with approved compensation guidelines and recruitment policies.
- Conduct reference and background checks and ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements.
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed service level timelines.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external talent partners to ensure effective sourcing support.
- Support the implementation of internship, graduate development, and Saudization programs.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and Saudization requirements.
- Utilize and maintain recruitment systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate databases to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare dashboards and reports covering vacancy status, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and other key indicators.
- Review recruitment processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience for new employees.
- Monitor recruitment-related expenditures, process invoices, and ensure timely payment to vendors and service providers.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent ASMO at career fairs, networking events, and university engagement activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
Professional Certifications
- CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Language Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 6- 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
