Roles & responsibilities
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of roles across various functions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to understand recruitment needs and align strategies to meet hiring goals.
Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates, building strong pipelines for current and future roles.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including market mapping and identifying passive candidates.
Manage the recruitment process for mid-senior level and specialized positions, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on recruitment strategies and candidate profiles.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Lead and manage recruitment initiatives for diversity and inclusion across the organization.
Support People team projects and initiatives, contributing to broader organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for mid-senior level roles across various departments.
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, assessment, and engagement strategies.
Experience working in an e-commerce or tech-driven environment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with advanced recruiting tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with talent mapping, building and nurturing candidate pipelines, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills to measure and improve recruitment performance.
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly collaborative with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
