Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Recruiter who excels in candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting high-quality interviews.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying top talent across various roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, and helping us build strong, long-term hiring strategies.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, recruitment knowledge, and the ability to act as a true business partner to hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and business goals. Create effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, and referrals.
Conduct thorough pre-screening and in-depth behavioral and technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively build talent pools.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience. Track metrics, provide recruitment reports, and continuously improve the hiring process.
Strong sourcing capabilities using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus. Preferred Attributes: High attention to detail with a passion for matching the right talent to the right role.
