Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
