Talent Aquisition Specialist is responsible for handling all the recruitment related activities including coordination with the concerned departments for identifying the vacant positions, short-listing of applicants, arranging personal interviews with the recommended candidates, completing the selection process and filling the vacant positions with the competent and skilled employees in accordance with the recruitment procedure and Company practices.
Manpower Planning:
Performs the recruitment activities through existing system and in accordance with the recruitment procedure and Company practices to fill in the vacancies with competent and skilled candidates. Includes the followings:
Maintains Manpower Control File in accordance with the approved manpower and updates as and when copies of Personnel Action Forms regarding new hire; resignation; termination; retirement; transfer and promotions, received from Personnel Division.
Receives employee requisition from various Departments/Divisions for filling up the vacancies in their respective organizations and verifies them using manpower control file to ensure that the recruitment requests are in accordance with the approved manpower budget.
Obtains the approval on the employee requisition from the concerned approval authorities as defined in the Company policies and procedures.
Monitors Saudization programs to attract Saudis to meet companies Saudization targets and to maintain the Saudis percentage.
Prepares list of visa categories required from various countries to hire the candidates of different nationalities and forwards them to Relations & Support Services Department for obtaining block visa through Saudi Government authorities.
Sourcing:
Participates in the Job fairs and Career day events and interacts with potential candidates and maintains a database of the CVs gathered and to recruit merit candidates.
Liaises with Local Colleges, Institutions, and Universities etc. by establishing good rapport in order to promote better industry-institute interaction.
Contacts the recruitment agencies in various countries in case of non-availability of competent individuals internally or locally for the purpose of obtaining applications from potential candidates who meet the minimum requirements and qualifications available in their data banks or through advertisements.
Registers and updates CV details received through various sources in the CVs data bank.
Reviews and short-list CVs to match with the job descriptions and submits the summarized list along with the CVs
Selection:
Contacts shortlisted candidates and arranges face-to-face interviews, video conference interviews, Skype interviews, telephonic interviews with the concerned Department Managers.
Organizes recruitment campaigns in various countries depending upon the suitability and number of the CVs received from various countries for the face-to-face interviews with the recommended candidates.
Receives/gathers interview feedback from interview team and proceeds with hiring process.
Conducts reference and background checks on selected applicants before finalizing their offers.
Prepares Employment Offers for the selected candidates, if they accept, arranges medical for local candidates and informs the recruitment agencies to proceed further for their medical, certificate attestation and visa formalities.
