Position Overview:
We are Seeking experiencedTalent Acquisition Specialistwith a strong background inMechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent in the construction and engineering sectors, specifically within MEP disciplines. This role requires a keen understanding of the industry, a strategic approach to hiring, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s MEP hiring needs.
Work with hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs.
Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to identify high-caliber MEP candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key MEP roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruitment process guidance.
Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to ensure seamless hiring processes.
Qualifications:
Experience:5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on MEP roles.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of MEP functions and the technical requirements of the roles.
Skills:Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Attributes:Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Musthave experience in hiring all levels of positions and high volume, knowledgeable in Design and Engineering positions, same industry background is a plus
Can join immediately or maximum 2 weeks
