We are looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will focus on attracting top talent, enhancing recruitment strategies, and ensuring that Satel continues to grow by hiring the best candidates for various roles.
Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent needs to screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. You will also contribute to developing and executing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and build a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with company goals.
Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations for hiring decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, candidates, and hiring managers.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely placement of candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system and provide regular reports to management.
Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
Support employee retention initiatives by helping to onboard new hires effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment trends.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in real estate or property management recruitment.
Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies.
Experience with employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
