Our esteemed client, a leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Jeddah.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proven ability to recruit technical, engineering, operational, and corporate talent.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor market and recruitment practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ATS/HRIS and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong Leadership skills.
