Key Accountability:
Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Sourcing and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and job offers.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and reports.
Ensure compliance with Saudization and internal policies.
Manage job postings and career portal updates.
Build relationships with universities and job fairs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet manpower needs.
Assist in managing SAP Success Factors Recruitment module.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related major.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
