We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, and be capable of managing the full recruitment cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent through various recruitment channels. You will also play a key role in scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, issuing job offers through our ERP system, and supporting overseas hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through platforms such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
Support the recruitment cycle including job postings, initial screenings, interview coordination, and offer processing.
Schedule and organize interviews in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Contribute to overseas recruitment processes by assisting with documentation and compliance-related tasks.
Help maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for internal use.
Support the improvement of the ERP recruitment module by providing feedback and collaborating with relevant teams.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruitment documentation is complete and up to date.
Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the outsourcing or contracting sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
