AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic HR team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to the selection of candidates. Your expertise in identifying and attracting talented individuals will be crucial in building a high-performing workforce that aligns with our organizational goals. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in the ATS
Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices to continually improve the hiring process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
