Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join a rapidly growing digital banking in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in banking recruitment within Saudi Arabia, with deep knowledge of local talent markets, regulatory environments, and industry-specific hiring practices. This role will play a key part in attracting top-tier talent to support our digital transformation and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of the digital bank.
Lead sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding efforts for mid-to-senior-level roles, with a focus on banking and financial services positions.
Build a strong pipeline of talent through networking, market mapping, partnerships with local institutions, and direct sourcing.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
Maintain compliance with local labour laws and SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) guidelines during the recruitment process.
Utilize data and recruitment analytics to improve processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
Represent the bank at industry events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition-related initiatives.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4 years focused on banking recruitment in Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of digital banking functions and evolving fintech talent demands.
Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions, including risk, compliance, digital product, technology, and operations.
Deep knowledge of the KSA labor market, Saudization requirements, and cultural dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms and HR technologies.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
