Dan Company is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team who has experience in leading and evolving our recruitment function, ensuring we attract and onboard top-tier talent aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies and annual hiring plans.
Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition cycle – from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
Maintain a dynamic talent pipeline and database of high-potential candidates (local & international).
Build and manage relationships with external sourcing partners and institutions.
Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth and engaging new joiner experience.
Oversee the automation of Talent Acquisition processes for greater efficiency.
Monitor departmental performance and report on key talent acquisition metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
8–12 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR function.
Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition practices, labor laws, and market trends.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
