CLIENT
Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting managers in the development of their teams
Overseeing the entire recruitment process
Assisting with candidate screening and assessments
Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates, and communicating the calendar with the relevant interview panel and candidate
Coordinating and arranging second interviews with end-user departments
Maintaining records of accepted and rejected candidates/offers
Preparing and posting job advertisements online
Issuing official offer letters for accepted candidates
Liaising with candidates from offer roll out until on-boarding, including all documentation related to candidates
Liaising with the Governmental Relations Department to arrange pre-commencement candidate documentation and services
Attending and participating in recruitment fairs
Carrying out the talent review process and succession planning
Ensuring the company adheres to Saudization policies
PROFILE
At least 3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
Previous experience in recruitment fairs and Saudization
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
Good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures
Due to our client’s ongoing commitment to Saudization, our client’s first preference is to interview Saudi nationals for this position
