Job Responsibilities
Identify suitable candidates through various sources, shortlist potential hires, and arrange interviews. Â Arrange and conduct local and international recruitment events, career fairs, and open days in schools and universities. Â Collaborate with Hiring Managers to explain position requirements and discuss job descriptions. Â Conduct recruiting update meetings with hiring departments to set expectations and maintain
communication
throughout the recruiting process. Â Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to pipeline a
diverse
, high-quality candidate pool.
Network and build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal & external customers. Â Lead candidate interview feedback sessions and provide follow-up on interviews. Â Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Â Ensure that recruiting activities follow government regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements    Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.  2-3 years minimum experience in a similar role, specifically recruitment activities in a medium-sized company.  Strong interviewing skills.  Excellent negotiation skills.
