About the Role
Procat is looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in blue-collar bulk recruitment, preferably within the F&B, catering, hospitality, or food production industry.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing high-volume recruitment requirements and building a strong manpower pipeline for operational roles such as kitchen staff, food production workers, helpers, stewards, drivers, cleaners, and support staff.
The role will primarily focus on blue-collar recruitment, while also supporting white-collar hiring requirements whenever required, including supervisory and administrative positions.
The candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced operational environment and ensuring timely manpower deployment as per business requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesBlue-Collar Bulk Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume manpower requirements.
- Source and recruit candidates for F&B operational roles
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate database for urgent hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Ensure timely joining and deployment of selected candidates.
White-Collar Recruitment (As Required)
- Support recruitment for supervisory and professional positions.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Assist in sourcing and hiring for administrative and support functions.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in blue-collar bulk recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience in F&B, catering, hospitality, central kitchen, food production, or similar industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment channels and manpower sourcing methods.
- Ability to handle urgent and high-volume hiring requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
