Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
Screen CVs and contact candidates to schedule interviews.
Update the candidate database and maintain organized records.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and team members.
Follow up on hiring procedures and ensure that all required documents are completed.
Support the team in executing talent acquisition initiatives and recruitment programs.
Prepare periodic reports on hiring processes and candidate status.
Register new employees in the system and ensure all necessary details are accurately recorded.
Prepare and organize all required documents for candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies.
