Responsibilities:

Implement Talent Acquisition policies and procedures as well as ensuring their implementation across all destinations.

Ensure that Talent Acquisition plan is supporting the overall strategy of Orascom Development.

Establish a sustainable Talent Acquisition cycle and Recruitment system.

Develop and consolidate the annual Manpower plan from all destinations.

Update the company’s website and recruitment channels with active vacancies.

Create, manage and maintain a strong talent pool for immediate hiring of key positions.

Open new recruitment channels to build a strong talent pool supporting HR business partners in the talent acquisition cycle.

Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate with OD team to use the assessment tools during the hiring process.

Be up to date regarding recruitment trends and develop the company’s recruitment strategy accordingly.

Source, find candidates and recruit qualified candidates for open positions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field, HR.

Minimum 4 years of strong knowledge and experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
