Tailor Jobs in Al-Ayn at All Seasons Hotel
Key Responsibilities
- Alter, repair, and maintain staff uniforms and guest garments.
- Stitch, mend, and tailor hotel linens, curtains, bed skirts, pillowcases, tablecloths, napkins, and other fabric items.
- Produce new linen items and accessories as required.
- Repair damaged room furnishings made of fabric when possible.
- Operate and maintain sewing machines and tailoring equipment.
- Ensure all sewing work is completed with high-quality workmanship.
- Keep the tailoring area clean, organized, and safe.
- Monitor fabric and tailoring supplies and report shortages.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Linen Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 Year of tailoring experience, preferably in a hotel, laundry, or garment industry.
- Excellent sewing, stitching, alteration, and garment repair skills.
- Experience working with uniforms, curtains, bed linens, and upholstery fabrics is an advantage.
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: AED1,200.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
