Taekwondo Instructor (Full Time) Jobs in Al Qusais at Grandfine Martial Arts
Grand Fine Martial Arts is looking for an energetic, disciplined, and passionate Taekwondo Instructor to join our growing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Taekwondo, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students of different age groups and skill levels.
The instructor will be responsible for conducting Taekwondo training sessions, teaching techniques and discipline, preparing students for belt promotions and competitions, and maintaining a positive and professional training environment. The candidate should also be capable of handling parent communication professionally and building good relationships with students and parents.
We welcome both experienced instructors and motivated freshers who are dedicated to martial arts and willing to grow with our academy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Taekwondo classes for kids and adults
- Teach techniques, forms, sparring, and discipline
- Prepare students for gradings, tournaments, and demonstrations
- Ensure student safety during training sessions
- Handle parent communication professionally
- Maintain professionalism and positive interaction with students and parents
- Support academy activities, events, and competitions
Requirements
- Minimum 1st Dan (Kukkiwon) certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Good communication skills are compulsory
- Ability to handle parents professionally
- Participation in tournaments is an added advantage
- Valid UAE visa preferred
- Lady instructor preferred
- Passion for martial arts and student development
