Systems Support Administrator

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Systems Support Administrator to join our growing IT infrastructure team. If you have a solid background in managing large-scale Back Office Server Environments and are passionate about ensuring smooth operations and support across the enterprise, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Back Office Server Environments including File Servers, FTP, Print Servers, Antivirus, etc.
Perform preventive maintenance, patch management, and user profile management
Implement and maintain backup policies and disaster recovery procedures
Provide 2nd-level support for end-user devices and 1st-level server support
Assist in audits, documentation, and inventory control of hardware/software
What You Bring:
5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise-level Back Office Environments
Strong technical knowledge of Windows Systems Administration
Familiarity with desktop and server hardware/peripherals
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Technologies, ITIL, Antivirus Solutions) are a strong plus
