Title: System Integration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced System Integration Engineer to join a government project in Riyadh. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow, high performance, and operational reliability across the organization.
You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate integration requirements into robust, scalable solutions built on TIBCO BusinessWorks (BWCE), Gravitee API Management, and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze integration requirements in coordination with technical teams and stakeholders
- Design and develop integrations between different systems and applications
- Perform integration testing and ensure end-to-end service quality
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve operational issues
- Manage releases and changes related to integration services
- Deploy and manage integration services on Kubernetes
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations and APIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in system integration or middleware development
- Solid understanding of system communication protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience developing integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE)
- Experience managing and monitoring the TIBCO platform
- Experience with API management using Gravitee or similar tools (Apigee, Kong, WSO2, MuleSoft)
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes for deploying and managing services
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Required Certification (one of the following):
- TCP – TIBCO BusinessWorks™ Container Edition, or
- TCP – TIBCO BusinessWorks™
Preferred Certifications:
- TCP – TIBCO® Messaging
- Professional certification in API Management
