About the Role
We are hiring a System Engineer to manage and optimize hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and virtualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server environments and VMware virtualization
- Manage Hybrid Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
- Maintain Hybrid Exchange environments
- Perform patching, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation
- Support cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure initiatives
- Provide L2/L3 support and root cause analysis for critical issues
Core Technical Skills
- Windows Server Administration
- VMware Virtualization
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft 365 & Exchange (Hybrid)
- Microsoft Security Tools (Defender, Compliance Center)
- Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Management
Requirements
- 7–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem & virtualization
- Experience managing hybrid environments
Certifications (MANDATORY)
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator / M365 / Security)
