Position: System Completion Coordinator (Offshore)
Job Purpose
Supports the planning, execution, and tracking of system completion and commissioning activities for offshore oil and gas facilities. The role ensures systems are progressively verified, tested, and handed over in a structured, safe, and timely manner in line with project completion requirements and company procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field).
- 5-10 years of experience in oil & gas EPC projects, preferably offshore.
- Strong understanding of system completion, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Experience with completion management systems (e.g., WinPCS, ICAPS, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning workflows.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple interfaces.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and safety standards in offshore environments.
