Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and VMware environments. The role ensures stable, secure, and efficient operation of critical systems in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and MFA
- Support Azure cloud infrastructure and security policies
- Maintain Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix environments
- Handle backups (Avamar/IDPA) and disaster recovery processes
- Perform PowerShell scripting and automation tasks
- Manage SCCM patching and system updates
- Resolve IT incidents and ensure SLA compliance
- Support user onboarding/offboarding and Intune MDM

Requirements
- 5–8+ years IT infrastructure/system administration experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and virtualization (VMware)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of backup systems and enterprise IT operations
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
