Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Sales and Business Development (ICT & ELV Experience )

Consultant , Contractors & SI contacts

Products : INFRASTRUCTURE (ACTIVE / PASSIVE) & DATA CENTER PRODUCTS , AUTOMATION ( GRMS /LCS) , CCTV , TELEPHONE , VIDEO WALLS, PARKING SOLUTION

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3. Product/Service Promotion

Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to close deals.

4. Sales Targets and Reporting

Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

5. Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve skills.

6. Market Feedback

Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales processes.

Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and new technologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and electrical Engineering ( Automation)

Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address client issues and provide tailored solutions.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Work Environment

Involve travel to meet clients .

Typically requires working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and sales quotas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
