Manage all aspects of landscaping and interior projects, from initial planning to final completion.
Manage all the finishing and snagging work all site projects
Coordinate and oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all work sites.
Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Track progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
Maintain clear and effective communication with project teams, clients, and management
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Engineer in Dubai’s landscaping and expertise in villa fit-outs is mandatory.
Relevant qualifications in construction or civil engineering
G+4 License is advantage
Strong ability to interpret and work with technical drawings.
Experience managing high-end projects, including swimming pool installations, interior fit-outs, and landscaping.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workloads efficiently
