Swimming Teacher to join our professional team in Doha!
As a Swimming Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real splash by guiding students of all ages and abilities through the joys of swimming. You’ll create fun and engaging lesson plans, use innovative teaching techniques, and prioritise safety to ensure that everyone who enters the water feels confident and capable.

Key Objectives:
To adhere to all company policies and uphold the Hamilton Aquatics company values.
To deliver in line with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy and Hammy’s Learn to Swim criteria.
Effectively manage communication with your own classes and maintain a high level of customer service with the primary focus on customer happiness to aid in site retention.
Organise your own swimmers’ catch-up lessons and level movements under the guidance of the Site Leader or Site Coordinator.
Update swimmers’ attendance and progress, along with swimmer movements and class changes on Hamilton Bay.
To assist in marketing activities outlined by the Site Leader.
To always represent Hamilton Aquatics in a professional and positive manner, adhering to the company values.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of swimming teaching experience
Exceptional communication skills including face-to-face, over the phone and email correspondence.
Experience in a curriculum setting.
A valid driving license – subject to Qatar license conversion requirements
An up-to-date lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential.
Experience with teaching adults and child programmes is desirable but not essential.
Experience with in a club setting is desirable but not essential.
