We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Fit out Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing detailed and budget estimates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quantity surveying/engineering/architecture with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing.
Analyze design options and provide cost-effective solutions.
Track project costs and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in fit-out estimation (preferably in interior design or construction).
Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and pricing.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
