Job Overview
EPSCO LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Swimming Pool Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive servicing of commercial and residential swimming pool systems while ensuring compliance with water quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain swimming pool filtration, circulation, and dosing systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, filters, valves, and other pool equipment.
- Monitor and maintain pool water quality, including chemical dosing and balancing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and water quality regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in swimming pool operations and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Swimming pool filtration systems
- Pumps and circulation systems
- Chemical dosing and water treatment systems
- Pool water quality standards and chemical balancing
- Excellent troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
