Purpose
Planning and delivering swimming training sessions in safe conditions for the community residents attending the sports facility for recreational purposes.
Responsibilities
Instruct group and private swimming lessons.
Evaluate participant swimming ability and determine correct swim level.
Create an educational, safe, and inviting experience for participants.
Punctually meet all scheduled class times, fully prepared to teach.
Attend all staff and evaluation meetings as requested.
Adhere to and enforce all the policies and procedures.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
Complete all Incident and Accident reports as necessary.
Responsible for offering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience coaching swimming.
Understanding of clients’ learning abilities and behaviors.
Minimum Diploma in PhysicalEducation/Sports Exercise or relevant Swimming Coach/Instructor Certification from a renowned institute.
CPR Certification.
