Hiring: Swimming Coach – Kids Program (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Swimming Coach to join our Kids Program in Ajman. Candidates who are available to join immediately or on short notice will be given preference.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with toddlers and young children and possess the patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism needed to help young swimmers achieve their milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct swimming lessons for toddlers and young children (ages 1.5 to 5 years)
- Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Teach fundamental swimming techniques and water confidence skills
- Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all children during lessons
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs
- Promote water safety awareness and best practices
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents regarding student development
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that supports children’s growth and confidence
- Assist with aquatic programs, events, and related activities as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of swimming coaching experience
- Proven experience teaching toddlers and young children (1.5–5 years old)
- Patient, energetic, nurturing, and child-friendly personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of water safety procedures
- Ability to deliver engaging, age-appropriate swimming lessons
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an aquatic environment
- Must be willing to work in Ajman, UAE
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period
Preferred Qualifications
- ASCA, Swim England, World Aquatics, or equivalent Swimming Coaching Certification
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Lifeguard Certification is an advantage
- UAE-recognized swimming, coaching, or aquatic safety certifications preferred
