Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Swimming Coach
Certification in swimming coaching or lifeguarding
Minimum 2 years of experience as a swimming coach or instructor
Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, safety protocols, and first aid
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and scheduling
Fluent in English & Arabic
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Ability to work with different age groups and skill levels
Patient, motivating, and energetic personality
Strong observational and corrective skills
CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory)
Duties & Responsibilities – Swimming Coach
Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups
Teach and demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety
Develop training plans based on student skill levels
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and corrections
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Enforce pool safety rules and respond to emergencies if needed
Maintain attendance records and progress reports
Coordinate with management for class scheduling and pool maintenance
Assist in organizing swimming competitions and events
Keep updated with the latest coaching techniques and certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
